Our Mass Casualty Units are deployed out to natural and man made disasters to support medical emergencies. Our buses can be used to provide medical care to victims of natural disasters or other emergencies. We offer services in emergency relief and logistics and management on emergency movements. Our units can support over a dozen trauma beds. These units increase healthcare while expanding resources.
